W1 Postcode Delivery - Free postage & packing. Call or order online by 2pm on a weekday, and we deliver by 5pm

Order Confirmation:

We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order then, once all the goods are ready we will send a second email to confirm we have sent your goods.

Shipping Method:

Products ordered with standard delivery before 14.00 will be packed and shipped to you within 72 hours. Express delivery orders received before 14.00 will be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order.

UK Mail

There are four available shipping methods

Standard UK Delivery - free delivery - Royal Mail standard delivery, during non-peak times this will take between three and five working days. You will be able to select a delivery address best suited to you. If you miss your parcel delivery Royal Mail will leave you a card explaining when and where it can be collected.

Next Day Delivery (£8) - Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. If we receive your order before 12am (Monday- Thursday) we are happy to send it Next Day Delivery. Your parcel is guaranteed to arrive the following working day by 17:30. If you miss your delivery it will be automatically redelivered the following day.

W1 Postcode (Free) - if you are based in the W1 post code and have placed your order before 12am we will hand deliver it to you by 5pm. If you would like this option please call our team directly on +44 (0) 20 7434 4354 or place you order online and select W1 as postage option

Deliveries within Europe

European dispatch (£15). We use a number of different carriers dependant on your location. We will always provide you with a tracking number for your parcel and delivery will require a signature. Please note that European deliveries can take up to 21days to reach their destination.
