Returns policy for purchases in store

Items purchased in store may be returned in person within fourteen days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund if the goods are faulty or unsuitable. Proof of purchase is required and the goods must be in their original condition.


Returns policy for purchases online - Internet Returns

We offer a full refund or exchange on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days. We will endeavour to process your return within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that we can only exchange the same items for a different colour or size.

Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as we (Suka Sport Ltd) cannot accept responsibility for items not received. For International customers where special delivery is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.


All refunds will be made to your credit or debit card used for the original transaction.


Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Suka Sport will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered to be faulty.


Refunds will be for the value of the goods returned; we cannot refund postage charges.


All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.


For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on swimwear unless these products are of unsatisfactory quality. We are unable to accept returns of swimwear where the protective hygiene strip has been removed.


If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible Suka Sport will offer to repair faulty items. If a faulty item has been worn it must be freshly laundered before being returned. All unwashed worn garments will be returned back to the customer.


Items purchased online can be exchanged or refunded instore (47 Beak Street) within 14days. Please make sure to have your original packing note with you as proof of purchase.
